cover art

Remy Ma comes back at Nicki Minja with Shelher, as a result of shots taken at her on Minja's Make Love, featuring Gucci Mane. The 7 minute track was released in less than 24 hours of Nicki Minja's. With many references to rumor mills and closed doors secrets, this is sure to stir up trouble in hip hop.  This came to some as a surprise while others have been expecting the beef to be taken to the music eventually.

A large portion of Minja's career was built up during the incarceration of Remy Ma, who served a six year sentence for accidentally shooting her friend. Upon her release, Nicki Minja had built not only her fan base but one of the most successful brands in present day music. The title "queen of rap" has been sharing credit between both ladies, which is express on the diss track. Many are waiting to see how Nicki Minja will respond back.

It seems like 2017 will be the year of Atlanta. Within Donald Glover's acceptance speech, he recognized another ATL native, Migos. "I really want to thank the Migos, not for being in the show, but for making 'Bad and Boujee,'" Glover said.

Unfortunatly, the press of the Golden Globes were not familiar with the urban song, "Bad and Boujee" and when asked why he shouted out MIgos during a press conference, he then expressed his love for the song with two solid reasons:

  • "I think they're the Beatles of this generation."
  • "Honestly, that song is just fly. There's no better song to have sex to."
